This project started from an old, developed structure and was converted into a modern home and a new double garage. The project comprised of design, measuring of BOQ and construction.

The project comprised of an existing garden area lined to an entertainment area and was convert to a cosy Pizza oven area and Red Iron Bark timber deck. A roof was added which makes this area functional for all seasons.

Our services in revamping this 1930 homes’ kitchen comprised of Design, full construction compounded and managing of project resulting in a modern two-tone kitchen with counter tops and beautiful lighting.

The scope of work comprised removing parque timber flooring, and re-tile entrance/lounge and dining area. Timber & face brick a face lift at areas given where after area was repainted. Existing fireplace wall was finished with a beautiful dark pandoma cement textured wall. A beautiful custom-made stainless-steel grid and tray finished the fireplace.

For this project, we submitted a Site Development Plan and constructed three 80m² houses with carports, a borehole, and water tanks. The luxurious Category 1 buildings, compliant with National Building Regulations, were finished with Gamazine for a stylish exterior.
